We aim to get your order to you as quickly, safely, and cost-effectively as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle orders, transfers, and delivery.


๐Ÿšš Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship within Australia.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


๐Ÿ“ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1โ€“3 business days of purchase.

  • You'll receive tracking information once your item has been shipped.


๐Ÿš› Inter-Branch Transfers

If your item is located at a different dealership, we may need to transfer it between locations before it's available for pickup or dispatch.

  • Inter-branch transfers incur a flat fee of $5ย per order.

  • Transfers run on alternate weekdays (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri) โ€” please allow extra time for your order to be ready.

  • Youโ€™ll be notified as soon as the item arrives at the correct location.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Big & Bulky Shipping

Items considered oversized or heavy (e.g. seats, exhausts, crash bars) will incur an additional Big & Bulky Shipping Charge.
This fee is calculated at checkout and reflects the higher cost of courier handling.


๐Ÿ›  Click & Collect - COMING SOON!!

Click & Collect is available at select locations. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring valid photo ID and your order confirmation.


๐Ÿ“ฌ Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Metro areas: 2โ€“5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3โ€“10 business days

  • Remote locations: May take longer, depending on courier networks

These are estimates only. We are not liable for delivery delays once orders are in the hands of the courier.


โš ๏ธ Shipping & Consumer Rights

We take care to pack and ship your order properly. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will remedy the issue in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  • We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit once handed over to the shipping provider.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.
