We want you to love your gear – but if something’s not right, we’re here to help. This policy covers clothing, casual apparel, and general merchandise (excluding helmets and safety gear – see note below).
Our returns process complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and is designed to be fair, simple, and clear.
We accept returns or exchanges for:
Items that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose under ACL.
Items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Returns made within 14 days of purchase (for in-store) or 14 days of delivery (for online orders).
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if:
The item has been worn, used, washed, or is not in a resaleable condition.
The return is due to change of mind outside the 14-day window.
The item is a special order or backordered item (unless faulty).
Tags, labels, or original packaging are missing.
You do not have valid proof of purchase.
Helmets and other protective gear are not covered under this policy.
Please refer to our Helmet Returns Policy, as helmets are subject to strict safety handling and inspection rules and cannot be returned once removed from their packaging or taken from the premises.

For online orders, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise arranged due to a fault.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
In-store returns must be brought back to the store of purchase with original proof of purchase.
Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of the return being received and inspected.

Your safety is our top priority. Due to the safety-critical nature of motorcycle helmets, we follow a strict returns policy to ensure all helmets meet the highest standards.
✅ Returns & Exchanges – When Accepted
We will accept helmet returns if:
The helmet is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose under Australian Consumer Law.
The helmet is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and tags attached (online orders only – see below).
❌ When Helmet Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns or exchanges for helmets if:
You’ve changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer need the helmet.
The helmet has been worn, removed from packaging, or used in any way.
The helmet has left our store premises (for in-store purchases) and may have been dropped or damaged.
🏪 In-Store Inspection Required
For safety reasons, all helmet returns must be brought in-store for inspection. We do not accept helmet returns by post or courier, as we must verify the helmet’s condition in person before any return or exchange can be approved.

You’ve had a change of mind or ordered the wrong part after installation.
The item has been used, fitted, modified, damaged, or shows signs of wear.
Packaging has been discarded or damaged to the point it can't be resold.
The item is a special order, custom, or electrical part (unless faulty).
Please note:
Performance and aftermarket parts may void your motorcycle’s warranty or affect roadworthiness.
It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility, legality, and warranty impacts before purchase or installation.
We do not accept returns where:
Parts are fitted incorrectly,
The vehicle has been modified outside manufacturer guidelines,
Damage occurs due to improper installation or use.
If in doubt, speak to our team before fitting any parts.
For online orders, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
If you are returning a part via post, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
In-store returns must be brought back to the location of purchase with proof of purchase.
